Sigma Swimming
Hi Sigma Swim and Stroke Schoolers!

Over the past 3 weeks, we've been introducing the 4 strokes, starting with  Freestyle and Backstroke. This week's swim tip focuses on the stroke that your child begins learning in Level 5 of the Sigma Swim School: Breaststroke.

Fact of the week Easiest to learn, hardest to master, swimming Breaststroke takes skill. There are three major components to Breaststroke: The PULL, KICK, and TIMING of the pull and kick. The kick is considered the most important part of Breaststroke and sets good Breaststroke swimmers apart.

How does my child move up? Come to every swim class, bring your progress report, earn those stickers, and ask your child's instructor or location's deck manager if you have questions.

Have a wonderful Wednesday and week. We're glad you're with us on your swim and water journey!
