Fact of the week The Breaststroke kick can be very difficult for swimmers who do not have the flexibility or correct technique. There are 3 general phases to the Breaststroke kick: Recovery, Catch, and Propulsive.

How does my child move up? Come to every swim class, bring your progress report, earn those stickers, and ask your child's instructor or location's deck manager if you have questions.

See you at the pool, we're getting into our most exciting part of the year!
